Collaboration Elevates Windsor Businesses
What goes together better than peanut butter and jam? Wellness and fitness! That’s why Shred Shop Wellness Complex joined forces with Elevate Health Boutique in a unique co-location right in the heart of Windsor’s Little Italy neighbourhood.
Shred Shop Wellness Complex, a boutique fitness studio, offers the mastery of exhilarating energy and group motivation paired with the accountability and specificity of personal one-on-one training. Shred Shop caters to go-getters and those who take their fitness seriously.

According to Telegdy, Shred Shop outgrew its previous location eight months after opening and expanded into their new building at 815 Erie St E in September. This new location offers an additional 3,000 square feet to the training area, larger change rooms and washrooms, and increased class capacity.
